If you select the first option “Pen drive”, you will need a USB stick of at least 8 GB or a blank DVD (you may need a double layer DVD disc). At the end of the procedure, you will have the bootable USB or DVD ready to install Windows 10 right from the start.
If you decide on the second option “ISO file”, means you will be able to download the Windows ISO 10 on your pc.
