Windows 10 LTSC (Long-term service channel) it is a special version of Windows 10 Enterprise that Microsoft recommends for critical devices and use cases, like medical systems, air traffic control devices and industrial process controllers.
Previously known as Windows 10 LTSB (long-term service branch), this version lacks Cortana, Edge and UWP apps. At the same time, new versions are only provided as updates every two to three years.

LTSC (Long Term Servicing Channel) is the new name of LTSB (Long Term Servicing Branch), with the same approach as the latter but with some improvements and changes.
